Services

I tend the quiet spaces where care, fear, love, and hope intersect.
With gentle presence and compassionate guidance, I help create environments where choices are honored, stories are held, and every stage of the journey feels supported.

I offer something rare and deeply needed — a compassionate companion who helps restore clarity, dignity, and peace of mind.

I provide non-medical, holistic support – emotional, practical, and educational – to individuals and their families during aging, illness, and end-of-life transitions.

Many services can be done virtually, as I provide support to patients and their families from a distance.

Explore your values, priorities, and what “quality of life” means to you.

Help you reflect on the medical interventions you may or may not want.

Assist you in completing your Advance Care Directives (Living Will) with clarity and accuracy.

Elder Care Doula Support

Walking Beside You Through the Changing Landscape of Aging

Aging brings both tender beauty and unexpected challenges. For many older adults and the families who love them, the journey can feel overwhelming. Whether aging at home, in senior living, or navigating increasing medical needs, it’s common to feel uncertain or alone.

Families struggle to balance caregiving responsibilities with the rest of their lives. Adult children may live far away or feel unsure about how to support an aging parent. Solo agers worry about who will advocate for them or help them make sense of the many decisions that arise.

Build trusting, meaningful relationships with older adults through regular visits and attentive presence.

Provide emotional support and compassionate companionship that reduces loneliness and isolation.

Help clients maintain a sense of autonomy, purpose, and identity through outings and social engagements.

Provide updates and observations to adult children who may live out of the area.

Chaperoning medical appointments and assisting with medication compliance.

End-of-Life Doula Support

A Steady, Compassionate Presence During Life’s Most Tender Transition

Preparing for end-of-life can stir a wide range of emotions: fear, uncertainty, sadness, hope, love, even moments of unexpected clarity. It is a time when hearts feel vulnerable and the world can feel unbearably fragile. Many families describe feeling overwhelmed by decisions.

As an End-of-Life Doula I offer unhurried time, unwavering presence, and tender guidance through holistic, non-medical support that honors the emotional, spiritual, and practical needs of every person involved.

Provide consistent, peaceful companionship at bedside. Offer a listening ear for fears, hopes, reflections, or unfinished stories.

Guidance Through the Dying Process

Explain what to expect in natural, gentle language. Honor the client’s values, preferences, and end-of-life choices.

Bedside Vigil & Transition Support

Offer continuous presence during the active dying phase. Create a comforting atmosphere and hold space for a peaceful transition.

After-Death Support

Provide gentle guidance on what happens next. Support loved ones in early grief with resources, listening, and compassionate presence.

Grief Companioning

Grief is not a problem to solve – it is a natural, human response to loving someone deeply. It arrives in waves, shifts without warning, and can leave you feeling unmoored. For many people, grief brings questions like “Is this normal?” or “Why do I feel this way?”

As a grief companion, I hold space with warmth, acceptance, and deep respect for your unique experience. My role is not to take your grief away, but to help you feel safe, supported, and understood as you move through it.
